Quality Inn Toronto Airport

1st time staying at Quality Inn near TO airport. If you call and book an overnight room with 1 week flight, they include the 1 extra day. Staff were Amazing upon arrival. Check-in was easy. Directions to find parking a bit tricky but got a spot for the week. There is a pub and restaurant attached to the main lobby. Pearson Pub bartender was a teat to deal with. We arrived around 10:00, had a couple of drinks and then went to the restaurant. Again, everything went smooth. Rooms are better than ok, a bit aged but nonetheless comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Received 3am wakeup call and arrived in the lobby for shuttle departure. They had overbooked so gave us a taxi lift. That was VERY generous and we thanked the staff and taxi driver for their effort. Ride was 5 min to Gate 3. Would 100% recommend this location for a week long vacation that include parking

We stayed the night before we left for our vacation, left our vehicle there, had a great night, visited the pearson pub for a few drinks, had a great night sleep, shuttle was on time and really friendly. Ziva was super friendly when I made the reservations. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. We will return.

Over the years I've spent many nights at this hotel. The rooms are always tidy and fresh with a restaurant and pub. The location is perfect for travelers as the airport is a quick, "free shuttle ride" with a quick complementary breakfast before you leave. Ziva and the hotel staff are incredibly polite and friendly and all ways offer a warm smile.

I live PEI and and travel often to Cuba via TO, i always use this hotel as my layover. It has a wonderful affordable restaurant, and a seperate pub with great service and drinks. The shuttle service is wonderful. The staff are wonderful. Those only real issue is that, there is no elevator. The steps can be a challenge especially for our older travelers or anyone with mobility issues. OH has a convenient store as well..

The two ladies that are working the the front desk on February 5 at 8:30 PM were absolutely amazing wish I caught their name. We stayed in room 134. Great service overall! Even though there was a small booking incident, she handled it quickly and fixed everything for us. Parking was hard to find, and the orther lady walk my husband out to show him where to go truly above and beyond. The rooms aren’t the best, but they definitely do the trick. What really stood out was the kindness and customer care.

The Manager Jenny is the best absolutely amazing and super helpful we had some issues with our Vehicle and she was very helpful and nice! We recommend this hotel to anyone! Clean rooms nice breakfast! The Front Desk staff is Amazing aswell very kind and welcoming people!

yet another great experience at this hotel. staff was very friendly and accommodating, checkin was super easy, and the room was perfectly clean and very quiet. the free shuttle to the airport can fill up so make sure you book it ahead of time, but it's also so close to Pearson that you can walk to terminal 3 in less that 15 minutes if you want!

Stayed here the night of the snow storm. It was very busy due to cancelled flights and pre bookings Staff were great and very friendly. My room was spotless and I can't say enough about the great sheets and pillows. Plenty towels and even face cloths room was toasty and warm and very quiet for sleeping. Great to have couple restaurants on-site. The buffet breakfast in morning was a bonus . Loved my egg and waffles. Also coffee was great . Definitely recommended so close to airport with a free shuttle bus running every 30min.
